An Organic bottling of unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich. This is 100% organically grown Scottish barley that was distilled in 2009 from a 2008 harvest; a single vintage expression.
The spirit was matured in American oak casks from ex-Bourbon and Tennessee whiskies. Aged for 8 years, this was bottled at the distillery with Islay Spring water, to a strength of 50% ABV and is non-chill filtered and colouring free. Limited to 18,000 bottles.

Colour
Bright golden with sunlit honey and pale amber glints.
Nose
Candied orange and lemon rise in a beautifully floral bouquet, with a delicate marine spice and citrus lift that hints at the Islay coast.
Palate
Deliciously creamy, the palate showcases bold barley at the fore, folded into velvety malt with subtle oak vanilla. A light maritime tang supports the sweetness, finishing warm, clean and softly persistent with barley lingering.
Finish
Warm and comforting, this finish unfurls like a hot toddy—spiced citrus, mellow barley sweetness and a gentle, lingering warmth that wraps the palate long after the sip.
