An Organic bottling of unpeated Islay single malt Scotch whisky from Bruichladdich. This is 100% organically grown Scottish barley that was distilled in 2010. A single vintage expression. The spirit was matured in American oak casks from ex-Bourbon and Tennessee whiskies. Aged for 10 years, this was bottled at the distillery with Islay Spring water, to a strength of 50% ABV and is non-chill filtered and colouring free. Limited to 18,000 bottles.

Colour
Bright pale gold with sunlit honey undertones and a warm amber edge.
Nose
Bright, fragrant nose of fresh malt and vanilla‑kissed oak, unfolding into orchard fruit—apple and pear with a whisper of lemon. Honeyed sweetness, almond, and a touch of toffee ride on creamy barley. A faint sea‑breeze minerality hints at Islay, while warm spice from American oak lingers, offering a clean, lightly coastal aroma that invites a poised, elegant sip.
Palate
Silky arrival of orchard fruit, vanilla and creamy toffee, with Bourbon-influenced oak lending gentle spice and a soft coconut lift. Bright citrus zest adds lift, while subtle maritime salt threads the mid-palate, finishing in warm vanilla, light oak and a clean, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, silky finish enriched by vanilla, honey and toffee, with warm oak spice from the American casks. A faint almond and citrus lift lingers, delivering a clean, refined endnote that stays with you.
