Tasting Notes
Colour
Rich amber-gold with sunlit honey tones and a warm copper halo, echoing coastal oak.
Nose
All butter shortbread with salted marmalade, lifted by elegant coastal freshness. Barley-water and squash mingle with vanilla, apricot glaze and lemon rind for a refined, sun-kissed coastal aroma.
Palate
Fresh barley leads the palate, mingling with apricot jam and vanilla shortbread. Ginger spice rides atop honey-drizzled flapjacks, while coastal salinity deepens mid-palate. Oily cashews linger into a long, maritime finish, softly caressed by oak.
Finish
Peppery vanilla and drying oak frame ginger, lemon curd and salty apricot, with herbal, vermouth-like notes. A coastal brightness lingers into a long, elegant finish.
