Kentucky Owl
Kentucky Owl dates back to 1879, when pharmacist Charles Mortimer Dedman founded the original bourbon business on the banks of the Kentucky River. It was known as “The Wise Man’s Bourbon” before production came to an end in 1916, when Prohibition-era pressure forced the distillery to close and its remaining whiskey stocks were seized.
