Rich golden amber with warm coppery hues.

Nose

Coastal peat and sea-salt grip the nose, brightened by lemon zest and honeyed malt. Vanilla and toffee ripple through, with a subtle sherry sweetness and oak-led warmth, while a whisper of smoke lingers like embers in the breeze.

Palate

Coastal peat threads citrus zest, vanilla and honey into a bright entry, then deeper sherry-influenced sweetness unfurls with dried fruit and cocoa. Smoke lingers with a refined sea-salt snap and subtle spice, building to a long, warming finish framed by oak.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with gentle peat, sea-salt and honeyed vanilla that yields to cacao, dried fruit and subtle spice; a warm, lingering smoke fading to coastal air.
