Bollinger B16 is a unique vintage Champagne from the 2016 harvest, a year marked by contrasting weather conditions that demanded both skill and intuition. Composed of more than 70% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims, this daring creation showcases the depth and finesse that Bollinger can achieve in challenging vintages.

B16 explores the unique aromatic profiles of the Montagne de Reims terroirs, delivering an ethereal and refined Champagne with subtle notes of white peach, bergamot, ripe fruit, and sweet almond. A distinctive and characterful vintage that reflects both the challenges and the rewards of the 2016 season.

Bollinger was founded in Aÿ in 1829 by Athanase de Villermont, Joseph “Jacques” Bollinger and Paul Renaudin. The house has remained closely tied to the Bollinger family and is one of Champagne’s long-established independent, family-owned producers.
