La Grande Année Rosé is Madame Bollinger’s ultimate expression of craftsmanship, born from exceptional vineyard conditions. The 2014 vintage blends outstanding Champagne with 5% concentrated Pinot Noir from the legendary Côte aux Enfants parcel in Aÿ Grand Cru, adding depth and character.

Produced only in the finest years, the wine is vinified in small aged oak barrels, matured for more than twice the required ageing time under natural cork, and riddled and disgorged by hand. The blend brings together 19 crus, led by Pinot Noir from Aÿ and Verzenay and Chardonnay from Chouilly and Oiry.

Delicate coral in colour, it offers vibrant aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and cherry, with hints of peach and quince. The palate is refined and creamy, with bright acidity, subtle salinity, and a long, elegant finish.

The house has remained closely tied to the Bollinger family and is one of Champagne’s long-established independent, family-owned producers.
