Bollinger Special Cuvée is a prestige non-vintage Champagne that perfectly embodies the house style of Bollinger. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir, with a touch of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, it is aged for longer than most Champagnes, resulting in a rich, complex, and full-bodied style.

Known for its distinctive character, Special Cuvée delivers a fine balance of fruit, toast, and elegance. It is a Champagne of real depth and structure, with a fine, persistent mousse and a long, satisfying finish.
