Opulent notes of caramel and vanilla bean, with toasty oak and honeyed sweetness. Rich hints of dried apricot and fig mingle with orange zest and clove, while brown spice, tobacco, and a touch of suede leather lend depth. A polished grain core ties the bouquet together.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, this single-barrel bourbon coats the palate with honeyed caramel, vanilla and brown sugar, woven through toasted oak. Rich dark fruit and cacao emerge, spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg, then a long, refined finish where warm, rye-like spice lingers beside supple sweetness.
