Opulent, honeyed lift of orchard fruits—ripe pear and apple—drifts with warm toffee, vanilla and malt. Sherried depth adds red plum, dried fig and a whisper of spice, while polished oak and a touch of almond join a mellow, enticing sweetness.
Palate
Silky and mouth-filling, with a honeyed sweetness and orchard fruit compote that lingers. Notes of marmalade, toffee, and dried raisin emerge, backed by subtle spice—nutmeg and a trace of cinnamon. A gentle oak backbone supports a smooth, refined finish, with almond and cocoa hints echoing long after the last sip.

Long, sherried finish with dark fruit and spice; prune, fig, and cacao weave through toasted oak, leaving a velvety, lingering warmth and a refined almond-nut nuance.
