Signatory Vintage Scotch is one of the most discerning independent bottlers of Scotch in the world. They bottle one cask at a time, capitalizing on the unique colour and flavour characteristics of each individual cask.
By sourcing all-natural malts from the best distilleries in Scotland, selecting the best single batches and bottling only the finest casks within those batches. The resulting “single, single, single malt” this is about as exclusive it gets.

Colour
Rich amber-gold with coppery highlights and a hint of mahogany at the rim, a warm, inviting glow.
Nose
Sherry-soft and refined, opening with dark raisin, dried fig and orange zest over honeyed malt. Subtle almond, vanilla and toasted oak weave through, with a quiet whisper of spice and cocoa that hints at its well-aged cask.
Palate
Silky, mid-weight on the palate, with dried fruit sweetness—raisins, figs, dates—complemented by orange zest and toffee. Nutty sherry depth mingles with vanilla and light oak, while cinnamon and clove spice linger into a warm, refined finish.
Finish
Exquisitely long and refined, the finish drifts through dark fruit and toasted almond, with a warm sherry sweetness that lingers beside cocoa and resinous oak. Subtle spice weaves in, leaving a dry, elegant finale.
