Silky and balanced, the palate opens with creamy malt, toffee and vanilla, lifted by citrus zest. A delicate wisp of peat smoke threads through orchard fruit and spice, with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is polished oak and almond, lingering with a subtle sweetness.

Finish

Medium-long finish with gentle peat smoke, balanced by sherry sweetness, toasted malt and vanilla. The smoke lingers softly, giving way to warm caramel, dried fruit and oak spice.
