Burnished gold with copper-sunset highlights and a warm amber core, deepening to russet at the rim—a shade glowing with sherry-cask warmth.
Nose
Sweet vanilla and ripe fruit mingle with citrus zest, while toasted malt unfurls into crisp green apples.
Palate
Creamy, with gentle pepper and butterscotch, giving way to freshly ground coffee notes, intertwined with dried banana and a subtle herbal edge.
Finish
Medium-bodied and long, the finish reveals warm aniseed with a touch of cocoa powder, leaving a refined, lingering sweetness on the palate.
