Sun-ripened orchard fruits—apple, pear and peach—emerge beneath a delicate veil of aromatic peat smoke. Vanilla, caramel and tropical hints from the rum cask mingle with toasted oak spice, weaving a warm, aromatic sweetness that speaks of the three-cask maturation.
Palate
Silky palate with sun-kissed orchard fruit layered beneath refined, aromatic smoke. Creamy vanilla and toasted oak spice mingle with the sweetness, leaving a lingering peat kiss and warm oak on the finish.
Finish
Long, smoky and silky, with sun-ripe fruit slowly receding into a warm cloak of toasted oak spice. The finish hints at vanilla and a touch of tropical sweetness from the cask trio, then gently fades to a refined ember of smoke and spice.
