Colour
Deep amber with coppery glow and a mahogany undertone.
Nose
Rich sherry aromas spill from the glass, with dried figs and raisins, orange zest, and cocoa; hints of almond, vanilla, and warm spice weave through the oak, inviting a plush, caramel-tinged sweetness.
Palate
Velvety and medium-bodied, the palate delivers raisin and orange zest sweetness, folded into toffee and almond. Sherry-tinged richness adds depth, with gentle spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—against subtle oak. A warm, lingering finish.
Finish
Very long, refined finish with warm sherry-soaked sweetness fading into dark fruit and cocoa. Dried fig and orange zest linger, joined by toasted oak and a touch of spice, leaving a polished, softly tannic dryness that invites the next sip.
