Palate

Soft, oily mouthfeel coats the palate, with oak and ash framing barely there sugars, porridge and pine needles, all carried by a warmly sweet sherry core.

Finish

Long, textured and sweet, the finish drapes the palate with rich sherry, while sulphur and smoke weave an enveloping, ash-laced echo. It slowly fades into warm oak, leaving a final, peppery glow that lingers with a dusky, elegant warmth.
