Nose
Peat smoke drifts over toasted barley, delivering a fresh, mineral lift. Subtle iodine and sea-air mingle with honeyed vanilla and light orchard fruit, while a gentle, sweet-woody note lingers. A refined, heritage-driven aroma that hints at the peated Highland character to come.
Palate
An initial delicate smokiness gives way to the lingering smoothness and light sweetness of creme caramel and ginger cake.
Finish
An elegant, lingering finish where a gentle peat settles into creamy sweetness. Soft smoke persists, carried by creme caramel and ginger cake notes, fading slowly to a warm, toasty-spiced glow with vanilla and oak lingering on the palate.
