A classic Kentucky sour mash bourbon, Baker’s 7 Year Old is matured in charred American oak and bottled at 53.5% ABV.

Part of the Jim Beam Small Batch collection, Baker’s is known for its single barrel style where each release comes from a single selected barrel rather than a blend.

Extended maturation brings deep caramel and toffee sweetness, vanilla, toasted oak and gentle spice, balanced by hints of dried fruit and warm baking spice on the finish. The high strength and age give a concentrated, full-bodied expression suited to sipping neat or with a splash of water.
