Colour

Deep copper-amber with a radiant golden-amber glow and subtle mahogany edges.

Nose

Aromas of rich dried fruit—fig, raisin and date—layer with orange zest, toffee and a touch of walnut. Subtle oak and spice (cinnamon, clove) emerge as sherry sweetness wraps the bouquet in a luxurious, lasting perfume.

Palate

Silky and full on the palate, this Auchroisk delivers a sherried richness: raisin and fig unfold with orange zest, burnt sugar and toasted almond. Medium- to full-bodied, it coats the mouth with velvety caramel and cocoa, spiced by cinnamon and nutmeg. A warm, lingering finish reveals oak sweetness and toffee, balanced by refined bitterness.

Finish

The finish is long and warm, a caramel-amber drift of dried fig and walnut from the sherry cask, with lingering spice of nutmeg and orange zest over polished oak, fading to a cocoa-tinted whisper and a final ember of tobacco.
