Based on a London Dry style, here is Aber Falls Welsh Dry Gin. Made using Welsh water from the mountains around Aber Falls. Botanicals used are very traditional, providing a traditional juniper forward gin with citrus, spice and all things nice.

Palate

Juniper-forward and dry, this Welsh gin coats the palate with bright citrus zest and subtle spice. Clean mineral water from Aber Falls lends a crisp, tactile freshness, unveiling pine, green herbs and a peppery warmth that lingers into a refreshingly long finish.

Finish

Long, crisp and dry, the finish carries juniper’s pine-forward core with bright citrus and a gentle spice. It fades to a clean, mineral lift, leaving a refined, refreshing echo on the palate.

Aber Falls
Aber Falls was commissioned in late 2017 and began production in early 2018 in Abergwyngregyn, North Wales, close to Rhaeadr Fawr, the Aber Falls waterfall. It was the first whisky distillery in North Wales for more than 100 years and forms part of Halewood Artisanal Spirits, with production centred on Welsh ingredients and local distillation.
