Aromas rise with dark orchard fruits, sultanas and figs, layered over polished oak and wisps of vanilla. Subtle sherry sweetness, almond paste, cocoa nibs and a hint of spice create a warm, mature bouquet that promises depth and elegance.
Palate
Silky on entry, it unfurls dark plum and fig with cocoa and toasted almond. Sherry-cask influence adds walnut, spice, and a touch of raisin, while vanilla and oak lend depth. Rich yet balanced, the 21-year-old coats the palate and finishes long with fruit, spice and refined sweetness.
Finish
Long, satin-smooth finish with warm spice and dried fruit—fig and raisin—enhanced by honeyed oak and a delicate sherry sweetness, fading into cocoa and almond whispers.
