Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with coppery highlights and a sunset-honey glow, a testament to sherry-cask maturation.

Nose

Polished oak, honeyed apples and pears unfold on the nose, carried by vanilla. A delicate sherry lift brings dried fig and apricot, almond and cocoa, with a gentle spice echo.

Palate

Silky and inviting on the palate, it delivers sherried sweetness of raisin and fig, layered over toffee and vanilla. Rich oak and cocoa notes emerge with a touch of spice: clove and nutmeg, leading to a warm, lingering finish.

Finish

Silky, sherried finish with raisin and dark plum fruit, toasted almond and vanilla, tempered by warm oak and spice. A long, refined fade that lingers with nutty sweetness and subtle elegance.
