William Grant's DeLuxe Scotch Whisky 12 Year Old
Out of stock
A very scarce 1985-ish bottling of Grant's 12 year old. The label graphics and box of this are simply superb and far superior to today's bland packaging.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with sun-warmed honey-gold and copper highlights.
Nose
Rich sherry-dark fruit greets the nose, supported by polished oak and a veil of vanilla. Raisin, fig and date mingle with toffee and orange zest, while cinnamon and clove weave a warming spice. A soft hint of leather and tobacco adds depth, finishing with quiet, old-world elegance.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied on the palate, with honeyed vanilla, toffee and dried orchard fruits intertwined with faint cocoa. A subtle sherry-cask warmth brings spice and polished oak, finishing smoothly and long.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish settles into warm, nuanced sweetness. Dried plum and fig give way to toasted almond, cocoa and a whisper of spice, all carried by mellow oak. The sherry cask influence lingers softly, leaving a refined, long-lasting ribbon of warmth and subtle smoke.
