Tasting Notes

Nose

Red cherry and violet notes mingle with hazelnut puree and bakewell tart. Subtle oaked Chardonnay nuances add creamy depth, while buttery shortbread and dried red berries complete the fragrant, summery aroma.

Palate

Red berries surge on the palate with toasted marshmallow, hints of tawny port and rose wine, homemade cherry jam, toasted walnuts and praline.

Finish

Nutty nougart, dried red berries, rose turkish delight, creamy oak, frangipane, topic bars.
