The French Collection exhibits the unique influence imparted by different types of French Wine & Spirits casks in an exceptional showcase. These whiskies, distilled in 2008, were laid down in traditional Scotch Whisky oak casks prior to being moved into Monbazillac, Sauternes, Rivesaltes and Cognac casks for its final maturation, resulting in a magnificent collection.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden amber with warm honey hues and a sunlit glow.
Nose
Delicate bouquet of white peach and apricot, honeyed fruit with vanilla cream. Almond and toasted oak mingle with a touch of rancio and cognac-spice, while citrus and floral hints reveal the influence of Sauternes- and Monbazillac-barreled aging.
Palate
Silky, gently sweet on the palate with honeyed apricot, poached pear and dried fruit, lifted by citrus zest. Layered influence from Monbazillac, Sauternes, Rivesaltes and Cognac delivers candy-like sweetness mingled with vanilla and soft spice, supported by delicate oak. A long, elegant finish—nutty and refined—never overpowering the spirit’s quiet grace.
Finish
Long, supple finish infused with dessert-wine warmth from the French casks. Apricot and honey mingle with vanilla and almond, unfolding into Cognac-tinged spice and toasted oak. Elegant, lingering and refined, it leaves a soft, fruit-forward farewell.
