This 25 year old orignally distilled at Tobermory is a single sherry cask with tasting notes of Rich fruit cake on the nose with rasins, caramel and chocolate on the palate, medium finish with wood spice, blood orange and dark chocolate.

Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a warm mahogany glow.
Nose
Rich fruitcake on the nose, with dried raisins and a caramel–cocoa sweetness. Toasted oak spice winds through, hinting at the sherry-cask depth and lending a warm, inviting aroma.
Palate
On the palate, a fruit‑cake sweetness of raisin and caramel mingles with dark chocolate. Spiced oak adds warmth, while hints of blood orange lift the mid-palate, leading to a medium-length finish of cocoa and wood spice.
Finish
Medium-length finish with warming wood spice, bright blood orange and rich dark chocolate, lingering softly on the palate.
