Concentrated and inviting, the nose bursts with honeyed orchard fruit—ripe apple and pear—layered over vanilla, caramel and toasted biscuit. A lively citrus zest and a whisper of almond lift the sweetness, while subtle spice and faint oak hint at nine years of cask maturation.
