Made with Irish Whiskeys distilled from 100% malted barley, matured and finished in casks that impart the influence of five wine casks (Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy, Cabernet Sauvignon). This Irish Single Malt Whiskey delivers a unique fruit-forward flavour profile that is complex, yet balanced and has often been described as “a symphony” of flavour.

Colour
Luxuriously golden-amber with warm coppery highlights.
Nose
Opulent, fruit-forward aroma with ripe red berries and citrus zest, layered with dried fig and plum. Subtle almond, vanilla and toasted oak provide structure, while wine-cask whispers of Sherry, Port, Madeira, White Burgundy and Cabernet Sauvignon lend warmth and refined sweetness. Elegant, balanced and inviting.
Palate
Silky, fruit-forward palate with apricot and pear supported by dried fig and raisin notes from Sherry and Port casks. Madeira caramel and White Burgundy orchard fruits mingle with blackberry and blackcurrant, framed by subtle oak. Creamy texture leads to a long, warm finish of vanilla, cocoa and a gentle tannic kiss.
Finish
Long, graceful finish that lingers with fruit-forward depth and wine-cask nuance: sherry-sweet shadows, Port-red fruit, Madeira warmth, then vanilla, cocoa and oak spice fade into polished, refined tannins.
