Rich amber-gold with a coppery sheen and a delicate ruby edge, a wine-warmed hue that glows like sunset through burnished oak.
Nose
Sweet corn sweetness with creamy vanilla and toffee, elevated by Cabernet Sauvignon oak from French barrels. Blackcurrant and blackberry mingle with cherry and plum, while a whisper of spice—cinnamon and clove—adds lift. Polished, vinous aromatics with a delicate toasted almond note.
Palate
Silky, medium-bodied and creamy, with corn-forward sweetness that stays gracefully light. Red-fruit depth from the Ex-Cabernet French oak—blackberry, cassis and a hint of cherry—meets vanilla, cocoa and a whisper of spice. Subtle tannins from the oak add polish, finishing with a warm red-wine lift and a lingering, refined fruit zest.
