Colour
Rich amber with coppery highlights.
Nose
Delicate Speyside bouquet with ripe pear and green apple, touched by vanilla and soft malt. Subtle almond, honey, and orchard fruit unfold, while a gentle sherry richness—raisins, cocoa, and a hint of spice—adds depth and a warm, inviting glow to the aroma.
Palate
Silky on the palate, Strathmill from a sherry cask delivers ripe orchard fruits and honeyed vanilla, with a bright citrus bite. Rich dried-fruit notes—fig, raisin, a touch of cocoa—lie over creamy toffee and soft oak, finishing long, warm and refined.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish lingers with warm malt, dried fruit and a touch of roasted nut. Subtle sherry spice tightens into cocoa-dusted oak, leaving a refined, honeyed warmth that slowly fades to a suave, lingering glow.
