Silky and refined, the palate opens with rich dried fruits, toffee and orange zest, lifted by honeyed vanilla. Sherry influence brings cocoa, nutmeg and a touch of espresso, balanced by gentle malt sweetness and oak spice. The finish is long, warm and polished, leaving a lasting swirl of fruit and caramel.
