Part of the 2023 Single Barrel Selection range, this French Antilles rum was distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2023 at 4 years old. With an outturn of 324 bottles and a strength of 60.3% ABV, it is a high-strength single cask release with plenty of character.
At this age, the cask keeps the profile relatively fresh and lively, while still adding enough structure to support the spirit. The result should be a rum with good intensity, where bright fruit, grassy notes, spice and oak all sit clearly in the glass rather than being softened by long ageing.
