Ripe dark fruit and orange zest lead a rich sherry perfume: raisins, fig, toffee, and a touch of cocoa. Toasted almond, vanilla, and a whisper of cinnamon drift over polished oak, with a honeyed malt undercurrent lending a warm, inviting nose.
Palate
Sherry-cask richness coats the palate with dark fruits—raisin, fig, cherry—woven with caramel, orange zest, and toasted almond. Velvet oak, vanilla, and cocoa nibs add warmth, while cinnamon and clove linger. The sweetness persists against a gentle tannic bite, delivering a long, luxurious finish with a hint of citrus brightness.
