Bottled by Mossburn, owners of the new Skye distillery, Torabhaig. This is a 10 year old bottling of Royal Brackla, one of the lesser heralded Highland distilleries but one of only 3 distilleries to bear the 'royal' moniker and also the first distillery to be granted a royal warrant.
This bourbon cask matured whisky is full of baking spice, honey, buttered pastry anbd orchard fruit. The palate is creamy and citrusy with a slight milk chocolate and vanilla note. The palate is herbaceous and lingering.
