Colour
Deep burnished amber with copper-bronze edges and a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-soaked aromas: raisin, fig and orange zest mingle with dark chocolate and toffee. Vanilla and almond lift the oak, while cinnamon and clove wink through, finishing in a satin, fruit-tinged warmth.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied, with a lush sherried sweetness that coats the palate. Rich dried fruit—fig, cherry—meets dark chocolate, toffee and a kiss of orange zest. Velvet oak tannins give structure, while spices unfold slowly, ending in a long, warming finish with coffee and almond hints.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with sherried sweetness and dark fruit. Fig and raisin meld with cocoa and toasted almond, while wisps of cinnamon and clove warm the palate. Velvet oak lingers, leaving a refined, lingering glow that slowly fades into a soft, warm memory.
