Named after the fourteenth tallest tree on the planet, Pipe Dream is Redwood's first Bourbon Whiskey. Pipe Dream Bourbon is made from barrels aged between four and twelve years with a high corn mash bill. Smooth and complex, it is a true sipping whiskey.
A powerful nose with sweet maple, vanilla, and a hint of honey. Rich, deep and complex on the palate, with roasted pecan, vanilla, and lingering char and woody notes. Smooth with a hint of black pepper on the finish.
