Waxy citrus, biscuit dough and herbal barley on the palate, a clean body with peppery oak, ground ginger, melon and vermouth-like notes.
Finish
A lively finish of white pepper and ginger spice, underscored by grassy barley, with a playful hint of wine gums and biscuit dough lingering on the palate.
