Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden honey with amber and copper undertones, a sunlit, mead‑like glow.

Nose

Fresh barley and bright citrus bloom over biscuity malt, accented by delicate herbal hints and a whisper of spice.

Palate

Waxy citrus and biscuit dough open, with herbal barley in a clean, light-to-medium body. Peppery oak, a touch of ground ginger, melon and vermouth-like notes linger, delivering a bright, herbaceous finish.

Finish

White pepper and ginger spice weave through grassy barley, finishing with a hint of wine gums and biscuit dough that lingers invitingly.
