Colour
Deep amber with coppery highlights and a mahogany edge, a rich sherry-kissed glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-kissed aroma with dark prune, fig and raisin fruit, ribbons of orange peel and toffee. Cocoa nibs and toasted almond mingle with rich vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Oak and a whisper of leather lend elegance and depth, evoking a regal, aged Scotch ready to unfold in the glass.
Palate
Silky and poised, it coats the palate with a luxurious, medium-full weight. Dried fruits—raisin and fig—shadowed by dark chocolate, toffee and a touch of caramel. Spices—cinnamon, nutmeg—linger, supported by subtle oak resin. The finish is extended and warm, leaving a refined, nutty sweetness that recalls sherry cask maturity.
Finish
A long, velvety finish of dried fruits, cacao and toasted oak, threaded with warm spice and a soft sweetness that lingers gracefully.
