Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with copper-gold glow and mahogany edges.
Nose
Deep char and a wisp of soot rise from the glass, joined by aged leather and pipe tobacco. Cured meat and dark fruit mingle with molasses, while hints of anise, clove and cool wintergreen linger, unfolding with patience as it breathes.
Palate
Silky and densely layered, with a deep char and a whisper of soot. Leather and pipe tobacco lead into cured meat and dark fruit sweetness, spiced by molasses. Anise, clove and wintergreen thread through, finishing long, warm and decadently refined.
Finish
A long, contemplative finish that lingers with charcoal depth and soot, aged leather and pipe tobacco, cured meat and dark fruit, balanced by molasses. Spices emerge—anise and clove—before a cool whisper of wintergreen, fading into velvety warmth.
