Colour

Spring in a glass: fresh blossoms and honeyed vanilla mingle with lemon zest and green apple, lifted by subtle oak. Sherry whispers through, revealing almond, dried apricot, and a touch of spice for a poised, elegant aroma.

Palate

Silky and layered, spring's brightness lifts sun-ripened orchard fruit, while sherry-influenced warmth reveals rich dried fig, almond, and cocoa against velvety vanilla and oak; a balanced blend finishing with soft spice, orange zest, and lingering sweetness.

Finish

An elegant, lingering finish with bright spring citrus and green apple; layers of almond and dried fruit emerge from subtle sherry-influenced oak, fading to a warm, silky spice and a touch of vanilla.
