Each Autumn, Nc’nean release a new Whisky in their Quiet Rebels series. Each Whisky is selected by and named after one of the team at the distillery. Gordon, the Distillery Manager, has picked his favourite combination of casks to create a rich, moreish Single Malt Whisky.
Matured in a combination of STR red wine casks, ex-Sherry casks and Rivesaltes fortified wine casks. This delicious whisky offers flavours and aromas of Creme brulee, spiced plum jam, candied orange peel.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery mahogany undertones and a warm, ruby-tinted glow.
Nose
Creamy creme brulee with vanilla custard mingles with spiced plum jam and candied orange peel. A wine-kissed depth from sherry and Rivesaltes casks adds raisin sweetness and warm spice, inviting and decadently rich.
Palate
Silky custard sweetness of creme brulee mingles with spiced plum jam and a bright kiss of candied orange peel. A velvety, dessert-like palate carried by sherry and red-wine cask influence, unveiling warm, lingering fruit and citrus notes that invite another sip.
Finish
Long, indulgent finish where crème brûlée sweetness lingers with candied orange peel and a kiss of spiced plum. Notes of red wine and sherry drift through creamy vanilla, slowly giving way to toasted oak and warm spice as the finish glides to a refined, dessert-like finale.
