Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber gold with coppery flashes and a honeyed sheen, hinting at sherry-cask richness and sunlit caramel.

Nose

Silky nose from Invergordon’s style: orchard fruit and vanilla weave into dried orange peel, raisin, and cocoa. Subtle almond sweetness, caramel, and sherry-soaked oak lend depth, with a whisper of spice, delivering a polished, elegant bouquet.

Palate

Silky and balanced, the palate delivers sweet sherry-led fruit: raisin, fig and a hint of orange, subtly mingled with almond nuttiness and cocoa. Vanilla, honey and oak add warmth, while gentle spice lingers into a long, refined finish.

Finish

An elegant, lingering finish of sherry-rich sweetness fading into toasted almond, orange zest and dark cocoa, with warm spice and refined oak echoing softly.
