Tasting Notes

Colour

A gleaming spectrum of warm golds to copper-bronze, honeyed and sunlit with ember undertones.

Nose

Rich sherry notes of fig and raisin mingle with almond and vanilla from creamy oak, lifted by bright orange zest. A touch of sea breeze from the coastal malts adds a saline lift, while hints of caramel and spice weave through, giving a warm, multi-layered nose that beckons a second sniff.

Palate

Luxuriously malt-forward with a soft sherry kiss, the quartet delivers vanilla, almond and orchard fruit on the palate. Subtle maritime brightness lingers, balanced by a warm, refined finish.

Finish

Medium-length and warmly inviting, the finish blends rich sherried fruit with toasted almond and cocoa. A gentle spice develops, carried by a whisper of coastal malt, slowly fading to a smooth, cacao-dusted linger.
