This highly automated cellar, the most advanced in the region, boasts state-of-the-art equipment and pioneering winemaking techniques found nowhere else globally. First launched in the 1860s, Brut Impérial NV is crafted from a blend of over two hundred crus, with 20-30% of carefully selected reserve wines incorporated to achieve its prestigious mix.
