Masi Costasera Amarone della Valpolicella 2019 is a flagship expression from one of Veneto’s most established producers, made using the traditional appassimento method where selected grapes are dried before fermentation to concentrate flavour and structure. The 2019 vintage reflects a balanced growing season, allowing both ripeness and freshness to show through.

Full-bodied and richly textured, it typically shows layers of dark cherry, plum and baked fruit supported by cocoa, spice and a touch of balsamic depth. Despite its intensity, the wine retains structure and elegance, with firm tannins and a long, warming finish. A classic Amarone suited to slow-cooked meats, game or mature cheeses, and capable of further bottle ageing.
