This unique process creates a bourbon of remarkable depth, with rich layers of dark brown sugar, caramelised oak, and baked apple leading into flavours of creamy fudge, toasted almond and ripe cherry. A long, velvety finish unfolds with butterscotch, orange zest and gentle baking spice. Bottled at 112.9 proof, it is smooth, complex, and unmistakably Maker’s.
