Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2025 Release is a rare and deeply expressive bourbon, crafted from a blend of 11, 13 and 14 year-old whiskies matured in both traditional warehouses and the distillery’s Limestone Cellar.

This unique process creates a bourbon of remarkable depth, with rich layers of dark brown sugar, caramelised oak, and baked apple leading into flavours of creamy fudge, toasted almond and ripe cherry. A long, velvety finish unfolds with butterscotch, orange zest and gentle baking spice. Bottled at 112.9 proof, it is smooth, complex, and unmistakably Maker’s.

Maker's Mark
Maker’s Mark was created in 1953 when Bill Samuels Sr. and Margie Samuels bought the Star Hill Farm site in Loretto, Kentucky, with the aim of producing a softer, more approachable style of bourbon. The first bottles were released in 1958, and the brand quickly stood apart for its wheated recipe, replacing rye with red winter wheat, as well as its distinctive hand-dipped red wax seal.
