Colour

Deep amber-gold with coppery highlights and a honeyed glow.

Nose

Coastal peat and iodine mingle with honeyed fruit, fig and almond from sherry-cask maturation. Orange zest and vanilla glide over toasted oak, while sea-salt and a whisper of smoke frame the bouquet. A multi-island nose—bright, maritime and richly layered.

Palate

Silky and layered, the palate blends sherried sweetness with Islay smoke and coastal brine. Dried fruits—prune, fig, orange—pair with almond, vanilla and cocoa from mature oak. Spices emerge—cinnamon, clove—carrying a warm, lingering finish of toasted oak and a soft, saline kiss.

Finish

Long, maritime finish with a whisper of peat and brine, giving way to dried cherry and fig, a gentle sherry sweetness, and finally smooth oak with a hint of pepper that lingers.
