Aged for 27 years in a single Hogshead and one of only 191 bottles released.

No added colouring, non chill filtered and natural cask strength of 53.8% ABV.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Burnished gold with a warm, honeyed amber glow.
Nose
A fragrant bouquet of caramel and prunes, lifted by orange zest, with hints of milk chocolate and a delicate touch of mallow.
Palate
Vibrant and lively, a fizzy lift of bitter orange and salted caramel, followed by sweet raisin and milk chocolate, echoing the nose with a dessert-like finish.
Finish
Medium-length and vibrant, the finish carries orange zest and salted caramel, fading to raisin and milk chocolate. A warm, refined echo lingers with cocoa-dusted sweetness.
