Colour
Deep amber with coppery glints and honey-gold highlights.
Nose
Sherried aroma of dried fig, raisin and orange zest, layered with toffee and vanilla oak. Cocoa nibs, toasted almond and a subtle spice add depth, while a whisper of maritime smoke hints at its Islay-inspired character.
Palate
Silky and full-bodied on the palate, this sherry-forward blend unfolds with dark raisin and fig sweetness, layered with orange peel and a whisper of cocoa. Rich oak provides ballast while subtle spice and a creamy core carry through to a long, nutty, toffee-laced finish.
Finish
Long, warm finish with sherry-cask sweetness framing dark plum and raisin fruit, accented by cocoa and subtle spice. Oak and a whisper of smoke linger, easing into a refined, silky afterglow.
